The late Sivaguru Premachandra was born in Jaffna Kadduvan and later resided in London, England. One of his many honourable actions include opening an education center under the name of Saivaneri Koodda Maiam in Vanni to offer free lessons in computer studies to over one hundred students in financial need. He dedicated much of his free time to his religious beliefs and community service, which will be fondly remembered by the people of Vanni. In addition, he took on various roles to support the Namacivaya Senior Home. May his soul rest in peace.
